Just finished this beauty!  I was inspired by a quilt that was made for my daughter by her aunt when she was born.  I have never tried diamonds before but I love how it turned out!

I didn't take a picture but I should have!- I used this pattern to make a R2D2 Apron for my niece who was having a Star Wars themed wedding.  I made the front of it white, left out the pockets, and using the picture of the R2D2 (below) skirt as a guide I appliqued the pieces on.  The back of the apron was a star wars fabric I found at JoAnns.  Turned out pretty cute!  Wish now that I had taken a picture :(
